Pedi um Espresso, que não mostrarei aqui porque não me deixaram tirar nenhuma foto do local, "só com a permissão do dono" disse o gerente. O Café apresentou uma espuma escura e amargor extremo (acho até que foi pela má vontade do barista, kkk!). É acompanhado de um biscoitinho com nozes.
Trata-se do Tassinari Cafés Especiais, e quem me informou foi o barista com cara de c. do local. Esse é um Café produzido por italianos, na região serrana do Rio, desde 1980, ganhou a medalha de ouro no Cup opf Excellece, de 2003.
